Our Story
The inspiration for Renew Work came from an unexpected source – a tree that was simultaneously dying and thriving. One side was completely bare, while the other burst with vibrant life. This powerful image became a metaphor for organizational transformation: sometimes we must let go of what no longer serves us to make room for new growth.
This process of renewal – of mindfully releasing the old while nurturing the new – is at the heart of what we do. Just as that tree demonstrated nature’s resilience, we help organizations find their path to renewal, whether through incremental improvements or major transformations.
Our Founder
Nate is a transformation leader with extensive experience in all phases of tech product development and with organizations of all sizes and scales from early-stage startups to enterprise environments.
His hands-on technical background combined with strategic product leadership enables him to effectively bridge technical delivery, product strategy, and organizational transformation.
